On the morning of October 23, 2025, Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Diep, Chairman of the Vietnam Water Supply and Sewerage Association (VWSA), and Mr. Nguyen Van Thien, Chairman of the Board of Directors of BIWASE, along with the BIWASE Corporation leadership team, welcomed the delegation from the Nanjing Energy Conservation and Environmental Protection Association, led by Mr. Chu Khoi, the Association's Secretary General.

During the working session, 12 member enterprises of the Nanjing Association, operating in the fields of equipment supply and waste treatment solutions - particularly wastewater treatment - introduced their capabilities and products to Chairman Nguyen Van Thien and the BIWASE leadership, opening up opportunities for bilateral cooperation.



Mr. Chu Khoi emphasized that this meeting would pave the way for further collaboration between the Nanjing business community (China), BIWASE, and members of the Vietnam Water Supply and Sewerage Association. In response, Mr. Nguyen Van Thien expressed his gratitude to the Nanjing Association for their interest, time, and valuable shared experiences.

Following the meeting, the delegation visited the Complex Area Water Plant and the Thu Dau Mot Wastewater Treatment Plant. The delegation expressed their impression of the professional, modern, and environmentally friendly management and operation processes, as well as BIWASE's synchronous investment in developing water supply and drainage infrastructure.

At the end of the visit, both sides expressed their desire to maintain a cooperative relationship, contributing to promoting sustainable development in the water supply, drainage, and environmental protection sectors between Vietnam and China.
