On September 24, 2025, in the Phu Quoc Economic Zone, the People's Committee of An Giang Province officially commenced infrastructure projects and works to serve the APEC Economic Leaders' Week 2027. Among the commenced projects, BIWASE was honored to be entrusted and selected by the People's Committee of An Giang Province as the investor under special circumstances to implement two critical infrastructure projects in Phu Quoc, specifically: 

The Cua Can Reservoir Water Plant Project: This project will provide a safe, high-quality water supply for residents, tourists, and economic-service establishments, creating favorable conditions for the province's safe socio-economic development.

The Bai Bon Waste Treatment Complex Project (Capacity: 250 tons/day): This project will help resolve waste issues in a civilized and scientific manner, creating a green – clean – beautiful living environment, aligned with the orientation of developing a modern eco-tourism urban area.

These two projects not only hold immediate significance in serving major events but also lay a long-term foundation for Phu Quoc to become a tourism paradise characterized by sustainable development and environmental protection

The assignment of these two strategic projects simultaneously to BIWASE demonstrates the trust of the People's Committee of An Giang Province in the Company's capacity, experience, and reputation in the water and environment sector. This is also a significant milestone, affirming BIWASE's pioneering role in key national infrastructure projects.
