Being commenced on December 23rd, 2015, Chon Thanh-BIWASE WTP is constructed in according with the decision No. 2634/QĐ-UBND dated November 24th, 2015 issued by Binh Phuoc PPC, under the Construction of clean water supply system in Becamex-Binh Phuoc Urban-Industrial Complex project, Hon Quan Administrative Center and adjacent areas.
This works is implemented with prompt progress as only 30 days since receiving investment approval from Binh Phuoc PPC, the Employer - Binh Duong Water Supply Sewerage Environment Co., Ltd ( current Binh Duong Water-Environment Joint Stock company-BIWASE) –already preapred land for plant construction, designing docement ect…all was ready to start its construction.

With enthuasiatic assitance from Binh Phuoc local authorities, the project has been implemented in fast progress. It took only 12 months, in which 6 months in rainy season, to complete the project. This is a great and responsible effort made by the Employer. On the upcoming Dec.16th 2016, the Chon Thanh Water Treatment Plant (WTP) with capacity of 30,000m3/day in phase 1 is going to be taken into official operation, providing clean water for residents and business in Becamex-Binh Phuoc Urban-Industrial complex as well as adjacent areas.
After nearly 1 year by making much effort in implementing the project by the Employer and Contractor, Binh Phuoc province now has an advanced water treatment plant with automatic operation, works’construction quality is safely assured, water quality supplied to people is the best one, complying with standards of safe water supply. And from now, life of residents is going to be changed, people will be less difficult due to concern on clean water, diseadses will be significantly reduced, people will live happily, society-economy will be rapidly developed.
