A Signing Ceremony of Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) of South Binh Duong Waste Treatment Complex Project-Phase 3- was held at BIWASE’s office on March 13th, 2015.

This project is funded from Austria Government. Contractor signing the MOU with BIWASE to implement the project is KOMPTECH- from Austria. This is a company with much experience in supplying technology and equipments used for waste treatment and this company has been successful in some similar projects around the world.

Phase 3 of the South Binh Duong Waste Treatment Project has capacity of 420 tons/day, applying a technology producing municipal waste become compost, which is the same as phase 1 funded by Finnish Government.

Addressing at the ceremony, KOMPTECH’s representative expressed his deep careness to the project and he said that he really wanted to contribute in improving the environment as well solving urgent issues relating to waste to enhance a good investment environment in Binh Duong province and step by step to improve community’s health for a sustainable development.

On behalf of the Project’s Employer, Mr. Nguyen Van Thien-BIWASE’s General Director – expressed his hope of best effort from the Contractor so that the project can be early implemented.
