Based on the Notice No.414-TB/ĐB, dated July 11th, 2013 on organizing congresses in party cells under BIWASE’s Party Committee, term 2013-2015, from June 2nd to 16th, 2013

10 party cells under BIWASE’s Party Committee held cell their own congresses with attendance of representatrive from Standing Party Committee and all party members of each party cell. At congresses, what have been done and what have not yet were presented and sincerely appraised. Since then, lessons learnt will be applied for the next term.

Vote to select new member board for each party cell was also strictly carried out. Those who have good manner, moral and capacity were selected to be in executive board for new term, contributing to improve instructions as well as management of Party in BIWASE’s activity.
