In the morning of Dec.24th, 2014, an Organization Board Meeting was held at BIWASE’s office. Purpose of this meeting is to present a plan and some preparation work for Binh Duong Open International Women Tournament, the 5th BIWASE CUP, Year 2015, which will take place from February 28th, 2015 to March 08th, 2015.

Representatives from Binh Duong Departments of Tourism-Sports-Culture, Health, Police, Binh Duong Television (BTV) and Binh Duong Motor Federation attended the meeting. BIWASE is the main sponsor of the tournament which are coperatively held every year by BIWASE, Departments of Tourism-Sports-Culture and BTV to celerate the International Women’s Day March 03rd,

According to the Organization Board, there will be 12 national women teams and 4 international women teams joining this competition. Routes under the tournament include 9 stages with 716 km through provinces: Binh Duong, Dong Nai, Lam Dong, Khanh Hoa, Ninh Thuan, Binh Thuan and Ba Ria-Vung Tau.

At the meeting, members of Organization Board discussed and came to agreement on works to be prepared for the tournament, such as facilities, safety for all routes, medical care, press, logistics ect… All these are for a successful tournament.
