Thu Dau Mot Water Joint Stock Company is established in accordance with the Decision No. 2979/UBND-KTN dated October 04th, 2013 by Binh Duong PPC.
After more than one month for preparation and submission of document to establish the company, On November 10th, 2013, the founding shareholder’s meeting of Thu Dau Mot Water Joint Stock Company was taken place with attendance from representatives of founding shareholders including Binh Duong Water Supply Sewerage Environment Co., Ltd, NTP Co., Ltd, D&B Enginering Co., Ltd and Quynh Phuc Producing & Trading Co., Ltd.

With a high sense of responsibility, the meeting sellected 7 members to be in Board of Directors, 3 members for Board of Checking and made agreement on Board of Management in term 2013-2015. Charter capital of this company is 200 billion VND. Main business filed is to invest and exploit on water supply works and sanitary environment and to trade on water material, equipment and technology.

After the meeting, the Company will initially consolidate its organizing structure to take the company into official operation and urgently deploy investment strategy in compliance with Resolution of the founding shareholder’s meeting.
