After one year scine official operating date, Thu Dau Mot Waste Water Treatment Enterprise, capacity of 17,650 m3/day, there are over 1,000 households connected into the collection system with amount of 5,000 m3 domestic waste water daily treated in average.

To be basic for expense calculation as well as ensure an affective and stable operation of the plant, waste water tariff should be accurately and sufficiently calculated as this is a public service project, non-profit and toward the environment and comminity’s health.

A Decision No. 1298/QĐ-UBND dated on June 05th, 2014 relating to approval of waste water tariff under the Southern Binh Duong province water environment improvement project was issued by Binh Duong PPC. According to this Decision, domestic waste water tariff is 5.261đ/m3 . This price is based on operation and maintainance cost, excluding works maintainance and asset depreciation cost.

It is required contribution from inhabitants to enable waste water treatment plant to become more self-finance and save money for future development,.
